Hiatus

I realize I have too many irons in the fire these days so I’m going to have to take a bit of a blog break, I’m afraid. Being too busy does two things to me. It leaves little time to blog, but it also saps me of blog worthy thoughts, really.

With that I’ll take a break. For how long, I’m not sure. There is hope that in a month or so I might have a rhythm hammered out that would make more room for blogging.

I’m not set up with an email subscription, so if you don’t happen to already make use of RSS feeds, you are welcome to email me and I’ll in turn manually email you when I start up again…if you wish.

This blog has been blessed with interesting readers and I appreciate that you take the time out of your own busy days to read and comment. Thank you. Best wishes.

Until next time.

P.S. Check out ALL the uses of to, two and too in the 2nd sentence. I didn’t notice it until just now. Must be a sign. I’m going out to buy a lottery ticket. :)

  • Ok that makes 2 of my favorite bloggers who’ve bowed out in a week. Is it a sign? LOL

Enjoy a little peace without the pressure of blogging, and we’ll leave the light on for when you feel inspired to post again. :-)

  • PS, can I borrow your sidebar quote (with credit natch) to add to my blog? This one: “And always, always, always use your own brain rather than borrowing someone else’s.”

I intended to ask you earlier and forgot. It’s brilliant!

  • Help yourself to whatever you’d like, Tina. :)

  • see you later camel

  • Well, darn.

The good blogs are dropping like flies these days. It is something the Left is doing? Perhaps the new global government treaty coming up in Copenhagen in December? Just when we need them, they are all disappearing.

    We will miss you.

  • Maybe your blood pressure needs checked. Mine was too high, and it cut into my efforts.

  • Ok I have added your great quote to my sidebar, and thanks! The power of good quotations to influence is huge. Alas that in our current world that power has been co-opted by brand slogans. I even heard Pat Robertson make some comment about a politician being “off message” the other day, as though it were a good thing for our representatives to repeat rote phrases rather than speak honestly and openly.

Of course, if those rote phrases are ones I agree with, it’s a different matter altogether. Heh.

  • Your hiatus sucks.
